MEET THE LAURAS
We met first back in 2010, and worked side by side in busy recruitment roles handling everything from one-off placements to complex, high-volume campaigns. We learnt early on that we saw things differently – and that this difference truly worked.
One of us is measured. The other is instinctive. One questions, one pushes. Between us, we cover the ground that matters. It means our clients get advice that is balanced, credible and rooted in practice, not theory.
When we launched The Recruiters Room in 2016, we did it with a simple belief: recruitment should feel straightforward. You should be treated with honesty. You should know where you stand. And you should get a service shaped around what you actually need, not what fits a rigid process.

Laura brings over 19 years’ experience in permanent recruitment and has built a strong local reputation for developing lasting relationships with the organisations she supports, from SMEs through to larger corporate clients.
